Purpose of the Role

To function warehouse method administrative and work things to do in a safe, timely, efficient, superb and correct manner

Key Performance Areas

Administration

To make sure correct consolidation of every day warehouse POD’s
Ensure that all POD’s are scanned timeously into the applicable folders
Ensure that all POD’s are positioned into the applicable departmental documents for future referencing
Resolving of consumer and savings queries touching on to proof of shipping documentation
Checking and reporting of all uncollected orders
Assist with managing of the purchaser collections counter
Ensure that all uncollected orders are up to date on the matrix earlier than sending off to the applicable parties
Report and inaccuracies and discrepancies to the warehouse manager
Ensure one hundred percent compliancy with inside and exterior audits, making sure right coping with of items and excessive fee items
Picking and inventory

Assist with select and pack features when required
Assist with stock cycle depend Assist with packing of components to ensure
Dispatching

Assist to make certain that all components are packed in right and suitable packaging that does no longer tarnish the business enterprise image
Promote the use of recycled packaging to minimise expenses and decorate environmental awareness
Ensure that all shipments have the right patron bill number
Health and Safety
Use of the right PPE as per job requirement

Report any security associated troubles to the fitness and protection representatives and warehouse management
Ensure protected operation and use of all warehouse tools and machinery
