Main Objectives
To execute full- and on-time every day targets in the Production Department and the bulk plan. To ensure the integrity of the product is in no way compromised. (The Premier way).
Key Responsibilities
To hold a gorgeous product in Production Department
Maintain high housekeeping requirements at all times.
Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
Efficiencies
Planned maintenance of assigned assets
Administration and file control
SOP’s, hygiene and housekeeping
Food Safety
Health & Safety
Stacking of Crate
Picking of stock
Damage repacks.
Skills and Attributes Required
Effectively operates and maintains scales and a number other equipment.
Understanding of manufacturing process
Quality administration principles
Accuracy / Attention to deal: Proficient in converting devices to calculate batch requirements.
Extreme interest to element and accurate documentation.
Numerical ability.

Grade:8-12 OR Abet stage four

Required to work extra time when required. (After hours, weekends and public holidays)
