What are we searching for?
We are searching for anyone with the following experience, skills and /or skillsets:
Grade:8-12.
6 months to 1 year’s primary preservation and regular services experience.
Communication skills.
The duties are:
General Maintenance and facility support
Receive requests for upkeep of facilities
Check amenities day by day to test that the entirety is working and maintained
Complete any services or renovation required such as plumbing
Make amenities supervisor conscious of any repairs required
Complete all usual upkeep throughout the facility
Check upkeep consumables and endorse amenities supervisor of requirements
Store and hold equipment for maintenance
Provide regular assist on safety and get right of entry to manipulate throughout the facilities
Provides commonplace help on visitors management
Garden Maintenance
Review every day work roster for required duties
Maintenance grass and flower beds
Cleaning and keeping the garden throughout the facility
Advise the amenities supervisor of necessities in the garden
Check gardening consumables and recommend amenities supervisor of requirements
Store and preserve equipment for gardening
