Overview:
We are in search of a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Development (ECD) Teacher to be a part of our team. The best candidate will have experience working with young children, a robust appreciation of baby development, and a commitment to offering a nurturing and supportive mastering environment for our students.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of children
Create a secure and welcoming classroom environment the place adolescents feel comfy and supported
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow teachers
Assess and screen student progress, supplying feedback and training as needed
Collaborate with colleagues to sketch and coordinate distinctive events, field trips, and parent-teacher conferences
Stay modern-day on great practices in early childhood education and take part in professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
NQF Level 4-5
ECD educating certification
Previous ride working with young kids in a study room setting
Knowledge of infant improvement theories and exceptional practices in early childhood education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families
Patience, compassion, and a authentic love for working with younger children
