REQUIREMENTS : The best candidate have to be in possession of a Degree/ National Diploma in Financial Management or Senior Certificate coupled with a minimal of 3 years’ trip in a financial environment. Computer Literacy. Valid Driver’s License. Essential Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: The successful candidate need to have: Policy analysis, Project management, Relevant regulation and prescripts (PFMA, DoRA), Treasury regulation, Knowledge of IsiZulu and African Culture; Planning, Decision making, Numeracy, Problem solving, Analytical; Communication (written and verbal)

DUTIES : The successful candidate will be required to render guide to the Local House of Traditional Leaders and Traditional Councils in the District with the following responsibilities: Provide economic administration help to TCs; Procure substances and services for TCs and LH; Ensure positive and efficient management of belongings of TCs and LH; Attend to audit reports and queries Ensure acceptable use of allocated resources.
