Description:
Ensure comprehensive Customer provider in Store. Merchandising of stock, shelf fee labelling and housekeeping inside distinct place of responsibility.
Requirement:
Minimum Grade 10 or Abet
Grade 12 except associated work experience
Ability to talk in English and the dominant language spoken in the geographical vicinity the place the role is available.
Valid South African ID or work permit
Ability to operate primary calculations accurately.
Must be inclined to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Must be in a position to work underneath pressure
Customer Service
Advise and aid Customers on right merchandise and queries.
Assist with and get to the bottom of Customer complaints
Merchandising Standards
Bulk inventory region to be merchandised safely and in accordance to Store plan plan
Must make certain your location of accountability is wholly merchandised in accordance to Store graph and planograms.
Housekeeping
Ensure that your location is free of obstacles, inventory is merchandised without delay after being acquired and that Customers can enter and depart your aisle except any danger of damage or irritation.
Correct shelf fee labelling inside vicinity of responsibility.
Ensure Checklist carried out as required when on responsibility with Canteen and Toilet/Showers schedule
Safety (OHSA) Requirements
Safety (OHSA) compliance (e.g. use of protection gear, make sure patron and body of workers safety) inside location of responsibility
Ensure vicinity of accountability (racking and bulk) inventory merchandised protected to Customers and Colleagues to go safely inside Store
Report any discrepancies to the Store Manager
Manage Stock Loss
Report broken inventory inside vicinity of accountability to Store Manager
Drive for results
Achieves set aims and completes work precisely and at the required standard
Delivers fine exercise quality/ requirements as hooked up in the company
