Gold Reef City is one of Johannesburg’s most iconic entertainment hubs, built on a historic gold mine. The park is known for thrilling rides, vibrant events, and world-class service. As a General Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the park remains clean, safe, and welcoming for thousands of guests daily.
Key Duties Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness across park grounds, food courts, and restrooms and Help with queue management and safety at amusement rides
- Provide directions and client assistance to park visitors
- Support events by setting up stages, handing out flyers, and crowds.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Communicate effectively with security, ride operators, and other departments.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 or equivalent qualification and Strong verbal communication in English
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long hours
- Clean criminal record and Flexible availability (weekends and public holidays included).
Preferred (Not Required) Experience
- Background in cleaning, hospitality, or customer service and Use of cleaning equipment and safe chemical handling
- Previous work in theme parks, hotels, or retail
Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training, so prior experience is a bonus, not a necessity.
