Job Requirements
Requirements for this role include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RE5 certification
- Preferably, a background in insurance or business studies
- FAIS accreditation is a plus
- Familiarity with motor insurance and related products
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are advantageous)
- Exceptional communication skills with a neutral and professional tone
- Proven experience in call center sales or brokerage
- Submission of a voice recording detailing your experience (via WhatsApp – 082 882 2013)
