JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Inbound Call Centre Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to render efficient customer service to our existing clients by providing accurate information in a professional manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product/Service Information

To answer calls in a prompt and efficient manner

Log and resolve queries on Insight

Provide accurate information to Dealers / Clients

Provide administrative support to walk-in clients

Provide accurate feedback to the business on queries and requirements

Provide and update claimant information accurately on database

Liaise with service providers to ensure appropriate quality and cost effective care

Product Knowledge

To do research and gather information using available resources

Provide customers with product and service information

Customer Service Mandatory

To offer excellent customer service to all internal and external customers

To display a customer orientation

To embody the “customer is king” philosophy

Collaboration Mandatory

The ability to work in conjunction with other internal and external parties towards the achievement of a common goal

Outbound Sales Duties and Responsibilities

Be able to communicate both orally and in writing

Must be skilled in closing the sale

Must be organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle unforeseen goals

Ability to work nights and weekends, as needed

Generate sales opportunities and close sales by educating, qualifying, and presenting products and services to prospective clients

Analyze customer needs with limited customer engagement

Relentlessly pursue clients, focusing on decision makers and influencers

Meet and exceed sales revenue goals, and deliver results through achieving quota and provide a superior customer experience

Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve team / individual objectives when needed

Inform and collaborate within and across departments to drive overall sales targets

Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective partners/dealers

Drive customer acquisition strategies through both, inbound and outbound campaigns

Coordinate implementation of sales strategies through marketing, product development, and customer service

Manage customer inquiries and complaints

Create and manage sales plans through line

Help customers understand how our products and services meet their needs

Conduct initial and follow-up telephone calls to build a relationship, increase customer loyalty and product distribution while maintaining established customer call frequency schedules

Engages decision makers in conversations regarding product or service

EDUCATION

Matric

EXPERIENCE

Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for (1) year

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Networking aptitude

Knowledge of: Company products, Pricing & Promotions agreements, Version updates, Fees and regulations, Rates, Retail financial products and services
