Requirements: Abet level 4/Grade 10. Three years of relevant and proven cleaning experience. Computer Certificate with Microsoft programs (word, excel, PowerPoint, access, and internet). Must possess the ability to plan, organize, supervise, inspect, and evaluate the work of subordinates. Working knowledge of the operation and care of cleaning machines and equipment. Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Infection Control. Be prepared to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Duties: Supervise Cleaners. Assigns schedules and duties to clean staff. Trains, monitors, and evaluate cleaning staff. Ensure that cleaning schedules and checklists are implemented. Order, receive, and distribute stock, materials, and equipment. Makes rounds and inspections to assure that cleaning personnel is performing required duties, appropriate cleaning procedures are being rendered, and quality control measures are continually maintained. Schedule preventative maintenance of cleaning equipment. Recommends discipline and implements appropriate procedures. Perform any other duties delegated by the supervisor.
