Goodnight Guest Lodge is looking for a receptionist / assistant, who can work shifts: 6am – 3pm and 3pm to 10pm and sleep in 2 nights a week.
The successful applicant will greet guests, answer the phone, book in guests and assist with any queries or administration as required, and any other duties related to this position. Preference will be given to applicants that have worked previously in the hospitality industry.
Main Duties:
- General admin.
- Invoicing.
- Filing.
- Guest Relations.
- Stock Take.
Requirements:
- Must have own transport.
- Reside in or close to Bedfordview.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office a must).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sleep in 2 nights a week.
- Available to start immediately.
Starting salary is R 6000 – R 8000, based on experience, and will be discussed during the interview.
