Duties :
To make certain that duties in the Food Service Unit are achieved with regard to the provisioning of menu gadgets for ordinary and extraordinary diets. Maintain high-quality manipulation measures of all meals provided. Keep stock and make sure protection and secure maintenance of kitchen utensils and equipment. Apply hygiene and security measures/standards in the Food Service Unit. Provide catering assistance services. Removal of rubbish disposal. Prepare food, snack, and drinks (water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and bloodless drinks). Setup and bring crockery, cutlery, and tools to the eating areas. Serve meals and beverages. Responsible for meal resources and record waste and losses.
