Corporate Receptionist (Immediate Start)

Our client a leading listed company based in Claremont, seeks to appoint a well presented, Receptionist/Administrator with previous experience within a busy, corporate reception environment. The successful incumbent will have a solid corporate track record and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a corporate structure.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Secretarial Qualifications will be advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years corporate reception experience
- Experience with electronic messaging
- Experience with electronic switchboard system
- Exceptionally well presented with professional telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work within a pressurised busy reception environment
- This is a temp to perm position. Applicants must be available to commence the assignment with immediate effect.
