Job Description
PURPOSE
The purpose of this Programme is to provide the Graduate with advanced workplace learning in a dynamic, highly challenging and generalist in the human resources (HR) field of study. Successful incumbent will gain exposure to various areas of HR Management function in an international organisation.

QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BCom (Hons) in Human Resources Management / Social Sciences
REQUIREMENTS
Medically fit
Be an unemployed Graduate
Must not have previously been employed nor participated in a similar Graduate Programme
Be prepared to be deployed anywhere in the country where there is a business need
