Role description

iTalk Financial Services is currently scouting for self-motivated individuals to join our call centre learnership program. Successful candidates get a NQF level 2 Contact Centre certificate which is accredited with Services SETA and worth 128 points. After completing the learnership, candidates have a guaranteed job as a call centre agent.

Not only do candidates receive a qualification but they get call centre experience as well.

Matric OR Grade 11

Extensive computer knowledge

Excellent communication skills

Candidate must love working with people

Identify Call centre customers and their needs

Respond to customers with factual and accurate information

Gather and process data specifically related to call centres
